This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Prestige STR d/b/a “PrestigeSTR.com” (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from COMPANY. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Services Provided

Prestige STR specializes in professional cleaning services for med spas, clinics, and other commercial spaces. Services include, but are not limited to:

Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning services. Compliance-focused cleaning to meet CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Specialty services such as high-touch disinfection and aromatherapy sanitization.

Scheduling and Appointments

Free Walkthroughs: Walkthroughs are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and location.

Timeliness: Clients must ensure prompt access to the facility. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule an appointment.

Payment Terms

Payment for recurring cleaning services must be made in accordance with the agreed contract terms.

Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

A late fee of 5% may apply to overdue invoices

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel recurring services with a [30-day notice] unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Prestige STR reserves the right to cancel services for repeated payment delays or non-compliance with agreed terms.

Service Guarantees

Inspection Pass Guarantee: If your facility does not pass compliance inspection due to cleaning, Prestige STR will re-clean at no cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Clients may cancel services within the first month if unsatisfied, without penalties.

On-Time Guarantee: If we fail to arrive on time, you will receive a $100 credit toward your next cleaning.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure access to all areas that require cleaning during scheduled appointments.

Notify Prestige STR of any hazardous conditions or restricted access areas in the facility.

Secure sensitive documents and equipment in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Liability

Prestige STR is insured and adheres to all safety and compliance standards.

We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or items not properly secured by the client.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with [30-day written notice].

Prestige STR reserves the right to terminate services for failure to comply with these Terms of Service.

Modification to Terms

Prestige STR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Other

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under the U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by COMPANY infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send to COMPANY a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked. Any notification by a copyright owner or a person authorized to act on its behalf that fails to comply with requirements of the DMCA shall not be considered sufficient notice and shall not be deemed to confer upon COMPANY actual knowledge of facts or circumstances from which infringing material or acts are evident. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send to COMPANY a counter-notice. All notices and counter notices must meet the then current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright for details. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of COMPANY and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of COMPANY. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by COMPANY to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of US and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Texas, US. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
